His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq - may God protect and preserve him - graciously patronized this morning the laying of the foundation stone for the Oman Cultural Complex project and the building of the National Records and Archives Authority at the project site in the Airport Heights in Muscat Governorate.
